I sort of have belles personality so now i want to know how i can look like her. I have longish brown hair, medium size dark hazel eyes, fair skin, rosy cheeks.

Keep skin clear, wear minimal makeup, simplistic but clean and feminine etc. Wear lots of yellow, blue and white.
