I don't think anyone has actually made an official pattern for that dress. Dorothy from the wizard of oz is close, and so is Alice in wonderland, but neither one are just what I need.
Even if the pattern isn't strictly for a costume of any kind, does anyone know a pattern that is similar?|||you suggested the only two i thought of already...
