All entertainment goes there first.|||You need to talk with them to find out. But generally speaking, you don't have to always look the park. (ie, you don't need brown hair because they'll give you a wig anyways) You need to be physically fit and if you're going parades you need dancing skills and if you're going a character that walks around, you need to have good improv. acting skills.
They're not always looking for face characters and the audition process is very competitive. Its best if you go to the Disney website or call Casting Center to find out|||when you audition for a face character at disney, you don't audition for one specific role. Disney decides who you will be if hired.
