Where can I find a fairly cheap Princess Belle prom dress?

I watched Beauty and the Beast when I was little and fell in love with Belle's gathered yellow ball gown. I have wanted this dress all of my life and am determined to wear one to my senior prom. but the problem is that I don't have a ton of money... ugh. Help!|||hey. i lovee that dress too!
