I am 38 Weeks pregnant.and last night i had belle pain for close to two hours, from my lower belle to my waist?

That ended with a serious diarrhea. My belle was very hard during that period and the whole night. Now i feel it like very heavy to carry and still litle pain on my back, contractions, and feel week.no water breakage but yellow fluid like urine. What could this be pls?my next visit is on friday.|||You could be in the early stages of labour. How can you be sure that your waters have not broken if you are leaking fluid, I wonder. Probably best to call your midwife and ask her to come in and check you today, or if she thinks you should get to the hospital to be checked. They can take a swab to check if the fluid you are losing is amniotic fluid, and if it is then you shouldn't wait until Friday. Once waters have broken, infection can set in easily, so you would need to be monitored closely.|||I think you should call your doctor and let him/her know that you are experiencing early labor pains. It does not mean you could have the baby before your next visit, but I would suggest you keep a diary of what you are going through and bring it with you to your next doctor's visit. It is possible that you could have this baby early. Can't really predict mother nature.|||You need to call the doctor, it sounds like you are going into labor. Dont worry, you're not going to have the baby on your own! Just call to get checked and make sure.|||It could be braxton hicks, practise contractions basically, I had them quite strong for two weeks before my daughter was born, and she was my second, i was convinced i was going into labour, my midwife assured me i wasn't. sounds like your body is getting ready. If you are worried your waters may have broken the best thing is to contact your midwife, and keep an eye on the pains. Midwives always say if you are worried, just call, its what they are there for. x x x|||see the doctor now,

this call for emergency situation because this consistent pains without attention medically may lead to rupture of the uterus.

may or not yet the time but the doctor can advice.|||It sounds like your going into labor. But If you time your contractions, they should be close together, regular in patterns, (not like BHC how it's all over the place), if you try walking, drinking fluids and emptying your bladder and pain is still there, then yes it is considered to be labor. If you also feel that you can't talk because the pain is getting so bad that is labor too. A midwife explained to me today that if you call up and can talk to them, then it's not labor, because when your in labor, 'you'll have an instinct to take yourself there or get someone to drive you of course) and you'll know!" but she did say that every women is different. And also mentioned, like i said before if you can talk then it's only very strong BHC which you can come in, get assessed and get pain relief for and get sent back home.

They only keep you in if there's any complications or if your in 'active labor' if your not in active labor yet, they send you back where you came from.

all the best, hope that helps

hope that helps.
