Where can I buy southern belle atire, just as Katherine Pierce does in Vampire Diaries?

I would like to find a nice yet cheaper costume for halloween that is very similar to the attire Katherine Pierce's character in the Vampire Diaries wears. I have looked on ebay, random websites, etc... all I can find are really expensive handmade ones, or ones that are too large for my xs frame.
